Termini e Condizioni – LR Service

Benvenuto sul sito web di LR Service (di seguito anche “Società”), azienda specializzata nel trasporto e nella logistica di merci. L’accesso e l’utilizzo del sito comportano l’accettazione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni. Invitiamo tutti gli utenti a leggerli attentamente.

1. Oggetto

I presenti Termini e Condizioni disciplinano l’utilizzo del sito e i servizi di trasporto merci offerti da LR Service. Eventuali condizioni particolari saranno comunicate e concordate al momento della stipula di contratti o ordini specifici.

2. Servizi

LR Service offre servizi di trasporto, consegna e logistica delle merci secondo le modalità indicate sul sito o concordate direttamente con il cliente.

  • Le caratteristiche del servizio, i tempi di consegna e i costi saranno specificati in fase di preventivo o ordine.

  • La Società si impegna a svolgere i servizi con la massima diligenza e professionalità.

3. Obblighi del cliente

Il cliente si impegna a:

  • fornire informazioni corrette, veritiere e complete sulle merci da trasportare;

  • imballare adeguatamente i beni, salvo diverso accordo;

  • rispettare le normative vigenti relative al trasporto, incluse quelle su merci pericolose o soggette a restrizioni;

  • corrispondere puntualmente i corrispettivi pattuiti.

4. Limitazioni di responsabilità

LR Service non sarà responsabile per:

  • ritardi o impossibilità di esecuzione dovuti a cause di forza maggiore (scioperi, calamità naturali, blocchi stradali, ecc.);

  • danni derivanti da informazioni errate o incomplete fornite dal cliente;

  • contenuti o utilizzo improprio del sito da parte degli utenti.

In caso di perdita o danneggiamento delle merci, la responsabilità di LR Service sarà limitata nei limiti previsti dalla normativa vigente e dagli accordi contrattuali.

5. Prezzi e pagamenti

I prezzi dei servizi saranno comunicati al cliente tramite preventivo o contratto.

  • I pagamenti dovranno essere effettuati secondo le modalità e le tempistiche concordate.

  • In caso di mancato pagamento, LR Service si riserva il diritto di sospendere i servizi e di agire per il recupero del credito.

6. Proprietà intellettuale

Tutti i contenuti presenti sul sito (testi, immagini, loghi, marchi) sono di proprietà di LR Service e protetti dalle normative sul diritto d’autore e sulla proprietà industriale. È vietata la riproduzione o l’utilizzo non autorizzato dei contenuti.

7. Privacy

Il trattamento dei dati personali degli utenti e dei clienti avviene in conformità alla normativa vigente e secondo quanto indicato nella Privacy Policy.

8. Legge applicabile e foro competente

I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per ogni controversia sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Bologna, salvo quanto previsto da norme inderogabili di legge.

9. Modifiche

LR Service si riserva il diritto di modificare in qualsiasi momento i presenti Termini e Condizioni. Le modifiche saranno efficaci dal momento della loro pubblicazione sul sito.
